(Surface Mount Technology，表面组装技术) 的发展。更加促进芯片封装技术不断达到新的水平。&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;八十年代出现了SMT，经研制开发出了表面贴装型封装QFP（四侧引脚扁平封装）适于使用SMT在PCB或其他基板上表面贴装。QFP的引脚从四个侧面引出呈海鸥翼(L)型，引脚之间距离很小，管脚很细，现在大多数U盘主控采用的都是这种封装形式（例如：芯邦/安国/迈科微）。由于受器件引脚框架加工精度等制造技术的限制，0.5mm引脚间距、304条引脚的QFP已经是目前电子封装生产所能制造QFP封装的最大值。若要容纳更多的引脚，只有寻找更新的封装技术手段。&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;近几年来，QFN封装（方形扁平无引脚封装）由于是一种无引脚封装，由封装底部中央位置裸露的大面积焊盘导热，围绕大焊盘的封装外围四周有实现电气连结的导电焊盘（不像传统的QFP封装那样具有鸥翼状引线），内部引脚与焊盘之间的导电路径短，自感系数以及封装体内布线电阻很低，能提供卓越的电性能。由于具备良好的电、热性能、体积小、重量轻等优点，QFP封装特别适合任何一个对尺寸、重量和性能都有要求的应用。目前某台廠一系列U盘应用了此种封装形式的主控。&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;随着集成技术的进步、设备的改进为满足发展的需要，在原有封装品种基础上，又增添了新的品种——球栅阵列封装，简称BGA (Ball Grid Array Package)。它跟QFP封装一样没有引脚，不同的是它底部是42-56个锡球。由于价格不菲，目前尚没有U盘主控使用这种封装形式。&lt;div NAND型闪存，已正式开始样品出货，芯片面积约为120mm2，约较56nm世代产品缩减30％，预定于3月正式量产。此外，该公司也计划于7～9月利用相同制程量产32Gb产品，将制程技术全数转进43纳米，现有56纳米制程将逐步退役。若能顺利量产,届时东芝将可望在储存容量方面超越目前业界龙头—韩国三星电子。东芝的2大竞争对手三星电子 (Samsung Electronics) 和海力士 (Hynix) 分别在51和48纳米制程进度不如预期，尤其是海力士进度大幅落后，更拉大了彼此距离， 东芝将成为全球NAND Flash制造商成本结构最低者。我们相信往后数年终端市场的消费者将可以相对低廉的价格买到更高储存容量的NAND Flash相关应用。&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;a onblur="try
